Here's my entry for 's JRock fashion contest Initially you could've put in chibi versions, but I've been working on this since it started and I really don't have time for that~~x_x;
Lol sorry for repetitive colors/collar designs, it just happens to be my favorite color scheme and collar style I had references from magazines and stuff, too.
HOMG OMG OMG. Please ignore the butchered guitar "anatomy". Although I love how they look when being played, I can't draw them worth crap. The inspiration for Light's came from that Death Note with a skeletal spine on the big billboard in the Death Note pilot manga found in How to Read 13. L's is based on an angel guitar used by The Alfee.
Enjoy! Could this be my last submission to dA for my 14th year of life? prolly so, since the digital art interrupted by this contest isn't even half-finished
LxLight is a huge club, so sorry if I can't reply to all of your comments I'll try, but if I don't reply to you I still thank you for your comment!
ak,disgdi;rhi[h[h3a5 Light's face is my favorite too! I thought I might even use it in a more serious DN fanart sometime, I didn't think it'd come out like I wanted Thanks <3
DeviantART and Wacom are proud to present the second Intuos4 "Bring Your Vision To Life" contest! Open to all artists all over the world, we challenge you to show us your dreams and aspirations for the future. Get drawing!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
